Description
Forsyth County is soliciting bids from qualified providers to supply hot asphaltic concrete on an as-needed basis for its Roads and Bridges department. The procurement will establish a three-year pricing agreement covering calendar years 2027 through 2029, with prices eligible for quarterly review for verifiable increases or decreases in material costs. The county may award the bid to multiple suppliers to ensure product availability. Pricing will account for the distance from the supplier's asphalt plant to the work site. The requested submission materials are a Bid Schedule, Non-Collusion Affidavit, References, Contractor Affidavit, Solicitation Acknowledgement, and Addendum Acknowledgement.
