Description
The State of Ohio is soliciting quotes for a range of horticultural plants and related growing supplies for its Horticulture Department. Listed items include named plant varieties, unpotted plants, and multiple Carnivero potting mixes. The award will be based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the bidder's responsiveness and responsibility. Pricing must include shipping charges, delivery, setup, and warranty where applicable; quoted prices must remain firm for 60 days, with no adjustments after a purchase order is generated and received.
