Description
The City of Medford, through its Department of Public Works, is soliciting sealed electronic bids for the purchase, delivery, and planting of specified tree species under defined planting conditions. The contract is for one year, with two optional one-year extensions at the City's discretion. Bids must be submitted electronically through BidNet Direct; hard-copy bids will not be accepted. A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, treasurer's check, or cashier's check equal to 5% of the bid is required. Massachusetts prevailing minimum wage requirements apply, and the City encourages MBE, WBE, and DBE participation.
