Description
The Seattle Convention Center is requesting proposals from qualified service providers to perform general landscaping services for its campus. The listed service categories include landscaping, exterior grounds maintenance, landscape architecture services, and interior plant landscaping and maintenance. Proposals must include a Letter of Submittal, Attachment A—Certifications and Assurances, a Technical Proposal, a Management Proposal, a monthly lump-sum price for the base scope of work, and an hourly rate for additional work. Attachment A includes certifications concerning proposal accuracy, independent pricing, conflicts involving Washington State employees, acceptance of the solicitation and sample contract terms, and the proposer’s ability to perform the services.
