Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to negotiate a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0042126G1005 with Collins Aerospace for integration support of AN/ARC-210/RT-1990A(C) Gen5A and AN/ARC-210/RT-2036(C) Gen6 radios into F/A-18 variants and EA-18 aircraft. The scope includes platform integration, support for Technical Interchange Meetings and Configuration Control Board meetings involving the relevant program offices and engineering organizations, and platform-specific modifications to radio software and documentation. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis because the Government states that Collins Aerospace is the only responsible source and that the necessary technical data is not available for competitive procurement. This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposals; interested parties may submit clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government. No phone inquiries will be accepted, and responses must be submitted by email to the identified point of contact by the stated deadline.
