Charleston County School District is soliciting a pre-qualified general contractor for a design-bid-build construction project at Stiles Point Elementary School. The scope includes a new, one-story, 27,600-square-foot addition serving 300 students, a 4,600-square-foot expansion to the existing multipurpose/cafeteria area, and a 1,800-square-foot expansion to the existing media center. The opportunity is open only to general contractors that have received notice of prequalification. One original proposal and one copy marked “copy” are required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2026, and bids are due October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
