The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey intends to release an RFP for an experienced consultant to provide as-needed, task-order-based support for the Newark Liberty International Airport Redevelopment Program from 2025 through 2028. The scope includes multidisciplinary architecture and engineering design and management, land surveying, cost estimating, quality assurance, auditing, design-build and design-bid-build support, staff augmentation, and related technical services. Potential work includes utility and roadway improvements, airside and landside airport modifications, terminal projects, AirTrain guideway and stations, and other redevelopment projects identified by the Authority. The consultant will be responsible for its staff, design disciplines, and retained subconsultants and must coordinate with the program team and other consultants and contractors. This notice is informational and states that proposal procedures, the due date, and other solicitation details will be provided when the RFP is released.
