Description
The Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties is soliciting a construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install flexible horizontal lifeline fall protection systems on the wastewater treatment plant's cogeneration building roof. The work must comply with the contract documents, specifications, drawings, and exhibits. Bidders must submit the Section C Bidder's Proposal and the additional documents identified on the Bidder's Checklist through the Ion Wave procurement portal. The proposal deadline is October 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, followed by a public opening via Zoom. The project has a 60-calendar-day completion period and includes applicable New Jersey prevailing-wage, worker-safety, nondiscrimination, and insurance requirements.
