Description
The City of New Haven is seeking a licensed real estate broker to market and sell three affordable/workforce homeowner-occupant structures at 342, 346, and 350 Grand Avenue. The structures are being rehabilitated into three two-family properties with rental components, and construction is expected to be completed by February 2027. The City expects the properties to be pre-sold and occupied within 30 to 60 days after construction completion. The broker must personally provide the services and may not delegate responsibility to an agent or representative. Required work includes marketing and maintaining MLS listings, installing signage, pre-sale buyer outreach, coordinating showings and access, referring buyers to HUD-certified education or counseling, coordinating credit-readiness assistance, helping buyers pursue down-payment and closing-cost assistance, supporting valuation and eligibility reviews, and maintaining affordability-compliance documentation. The proposal must include a separate technical proposal and price proposal; the technical proposal must contain no pricing, fee information, or hourly rates.
