Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is procuring one brand-new, unused, commercial-grade, self-drive, bi-energy aerial work platform matching the capabilities of a 49-foot hybrid articulating/telescopic boom platform. Required minimums include a 49-foot-6-inch platform height, 28-foot-6-inch working outreach, 500-pound safe working load, and specified limits for gross weight, transport dimensions, working width, gradeability, and outrigger slope. The platform must include a telescopic upper boom, hydraulic outriggers or stabilizers, fully proportional hydraulic controls, and integrated battery-and-diesel power. The vendor must provide the complete operational package, including manuals, parts and schematic documentation, manufacturer certification, keys, outrigger load-distribution pads, auxiliary wiring, and initial fluid fills. The scope also includes FOB-destination delivery, secure transport and unloading, pre-delivery inspection, on-site commissioning by a certified technician, and at least one on-site operator and maintenance training session. Quotes must include a technical response, firm-fixed total price, detailed price breakdown, completed SF 18, and any assumptions, conditions, or exceptions.
