Description
The City of Casa Grande is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk to provide pre-construction services and, subject to a separately negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price and construction agreement, construction services for repairs to deteriorated exterior stucco and painting of City Hall. The scope includes field investigations, repair-method recommendations, constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimates, scheduling, GMP development, surface preparation, stucco repairs, coating application, protection of adjacent property, access and safety measures, quality control, cleanup, punch-list work, warranties, and closeout documentation. The selected firm must maintain City Hall operations during the work, minimize disruption, prepare a Project Management Plan, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and provide a qualifications-based Statement of Qualifications. The SOQ is limited to six single-sided pages, excluding the three required forms, and must address team capabilities, project approach, similar project experience, references, and subcontractor selection planning.
