Description
The Defense Health Agency intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis for the Standard Integrated Security Technologies Standard Kokua Service Plan supporting the Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine Unit Six. The non-personal services contract covers personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and related resources needed to maintain and troubleshoot the installed Lenel CAC door system, security cameras, panic alarm system, front-door opening system, and intercom system in accordance with manufacturer specifications and facility standards. The contractor must provide engineering support at the facility to diagnose system issues and resolve them through repairs or replacement of broken parts, with replacement parts paid separately by the Government. The plan includes 40 service hours annually; additional hours are paid separately. The base period runs from September 7, 2026, through September 6, 2027, with four one-year option periods. This is a notice of intent to sole source rather than a competitive request for proposals; interested parties may submit technical capability data, including cost, to support the Government's determination of whether competition is feasible.
