Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a contract for the supply of mattress cores and toppers for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (Correctional Industries) at SCI Dallas. The contract will have an initial term of two years, with options for renewal for up to three additional one-year terms. The required items include densified polyester fiber mattress cores in various sizes, solid neoprene foam toppers and cores, and foam cores with a polyurethane inner core and neoprene exterior. Quantities are estimated annual usage and are not guaranteed. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to SCI Dallas in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PA Supplier Portal by the due date and time. The successful bidder will be required to complete and attach the Price Item Bid Sheet, the Iran Free Procurement form, the Reciprocal Limitations Act form, and company product specifications to their bid submission.
