Description
The City of Nanticoke is soliciting bids for the East Church Street Improvements Project. The work includes mobilization, milling, base repairs, paving and overlay, inspection, and maintenance and protection of traffic, with all required labor, materials, tools, and oversight. The prime contractor must be PennDOT prequalified for the applicable task and role and must perform at least 50% of the total contract work with its own forces. A 10% bid bond from a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania is required. No prevailing wage rates or MBE/WBE requirements apply. Bids must be submitted online through the designated procurement portal, including the bid bond, required documents, addenda acknowledgment, bidder information, and completed pricing response template.
