Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services is seeking design and/or engineering services for the construction of a new, approximately 37,350 gross square foot medical facility at SCI Camp Hill. This modern facility will provide comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmaceutical services, including an infirmary for patient evaluation and treatment, designed with advanced healthcare and security strategies. The project has an estimated construction cost of $35,000,000.00. Small Diverse Business (SDB) participation goals are set at 21%, and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals are set at 3%. Applicants must meet these goals or demonstrate good faith efforts. Project documents and application materials are available for download through the Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) bidding portal.
