Description
This solicitation is for the repair of several electronic components, including circuit card assemblies, signal driver modules, frequency generators, data acquisition converters, and log detectors. The repair services are required by the United States Navy. The solicitation specifies a firm-fixed-price (FFP), not-to-exceed (NTE), or estimated (EST) price for the repair of the subject items. Quotes limited to test and evaluation (T&E) will not be accepted. The quoted price must be for the repair of the item(s). The contractor must adhere to Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements as per DFARS 252.211-7003. The ultimate awardee must be an authorized repair source. A Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of a specified number of days after receipt of the asset is required, with potential price reductions for delays. The solicitation also details packaging and marking requirements, quality assurance provisions, and delivery schedules.
