Description
The United States is seeking repair services for a differential gage, NSN 1H-6685-014681462-X5, with Technical Data Package (TDP) Version 010. The quantity required is 10 Each. Delivery is to be made to W25G1U, W1A8 DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002, and W62G2T, W1A8 DLA Dist San Joaquin, Tracy, CA 95304-5000. The Government has determined that it does not own the data or rights necessary to contract for repair from additional sources, and it is uneconomical to acquire this data or to reverse engineer the part. Therefore, this contract action is for supplies or services where the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may express their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses received is solely at the Government's discretion. Information received will be used to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
