Description
The United States Department of Defense is seeking two (2) switch assemblies, identified by NSN 1H-5930-015197689-X3, TDP VER 006. The delivery locations are DLA Distribution in New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution in Tracy, CA. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, as it is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part and the government does not own the rights to the data needed for procurement from additional sources. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond within 45 days of publication. Proposals received within this timeframe will be considered. A determination not to compete is at the government's discretion. Award will be made to an offeror, product, or manufacturer meeting qualification requirements at the time of award.
