Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture and supply of a TEST SET,INSULATION. The contract requires adherence to ISO 9001 quality management system standards and MIL-STD-129 for marking. The item must be mercury-free, with strict controls and potential testing to prevent mercury contamination, especially for submarine and surface ship use. Suppliers must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide proof of authorization with their offer. Higher-level inspection is required, and any changes to design, material, servicing, or part number must be approved by the Contracting Officer. The procurement is a total small business set-aside.
