Description
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is soliciting proposals for cleaning services for pharmacy ante rooms, IV rooms, hazardous and non-hazardous pharmacy cleanrooms, and potentially primary engineering controls. Services must support compliance with United States Pharmacopeia Chapters <795>, <797>, and <800>, The Joint Commission requirements, and Texas State Board of Pharmacy standards. Proposers must describe relevant pharmacy-cleaning experience, training and competency programs, garbing and hygiene procedures, respiratory fit testing, standard operating procedures, cleaning agents and equipment, quality-control checks, sampling services, reporting metrics, scheduling flexibility, emergency and post-construction cleaning capabilities, and applicable value-added services. The proposal must include a HUB Subcontracting Plan, rider attestations, a completed fee schedule in the original Microsoft Excel format, detailed pharmacy references from the past five years, and responses to the required questions in the sourcing system.
