Description
Genesee County, on behalf of Genesee/Orleans County, is soliciting laboratory services for wastewater surveillance involving one sample per week per location. Testing must identify Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Nicotine, Alprazolam, Ketamine, Medetomidine, Xylazine, and their respective metabolites. The laboratory must provide PDF and CSV reports, all shipping to and from the laboratory, packaging for safe sample return, assistance with site selection and onboarding, regular customer service check-ins, and weekly data reports to the Genesee and Orleans County Health Department. The initial contract period is November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2027, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement and annual price increases not exceeding 4%. No minimum or maximum quantities are guaranteed. Award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid meeting the specifications.
