Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to produce 108,900 non-resident daily recreation passports, numbered sequentially from NRP 3432901 through NRP 3541800. Passports must be printed front and back on 7-point index stock, use black and PMS 347 green ink, include the specified State seal and wording, measure 2-1/2 by 3-3/4 inches, and include a horizontal perforation and removable pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for windshield application. Passports must be stapled in books of 50, packaged in numerical sequence in cartons of approximately 1,000, and distributed according to the provided park and office shipping schedule. The vendor must provide proofs and a color sample for approval before production, maintain strict accountability for numbering, overruns, duplicates, and spoilage, and describe its destruction method and plant security. Delivery is required within 20 working days after receipt of approved proof, with direct signature required for shipments. Bids must include freight and comply with the State's packaging, delivery, and electronic-copy requirements; only vendors pre-qualified with Print & Mail Management may submit bids.
