Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to produce 15,000 Silver Lake State Park ORV Recreation Passport decals. Each 1.5-by-1.25-inch die-cut decal must be printed on laminated clear polyester or white BOPP with permanent adhesive, a clear liner, PMS Green 3275 and black ink, sequential numbering from 0000000001 through 0000015000, and sun-resistant, solvent-resistant ink. Decals must remain durable and properly adhered for one year, separate easily, and be supplied on rolls of 100 with perforations between decals. The vendor must provide color samples and pre-production samples for approval, support a required press check, maintain strict accountability for overruns, duplicates, and spoilage, and furnish 20 unnumbered decals. Finished decals must be packaged in numbered cartons and delivered to various Parks and Recreation Division locations within 20 business days after approved proofs, or no later than November 16, 2026. The vendor must be pre-qualified with Michigan Print & Mail Management, submit bids online, include freight, and be located within four hours by car of Lansing for the press check.
