Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 39 nonpneumatic tourniquets, NSN 6515-01-521-7976, unit of issue each. The specified item must completely occlude blood flow, include a one-handed single-routing buckle, reinforced windlass and stabilization components, a time tape with Velcro secure strap, and fit upper and lower extremities. The required color is black with a red elliptical tip. The item is FDA-regulated and must comply with applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practices, medical marking, packaging, inspection, and domestic-material requirements. The quotation must identify the source and part number being supplied; alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of delivery, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
