Sachem Central School District is soliciting a vendor to supply diplomas, credential certificates, diploma covers with protectors, and Regents, mastery, and Advanced Placement seals for Sachem High School North and Sachem High School East. Requirements include approximately 1,265 diploma and credential inserts, 1,260 diploma covers, and 1,050 seals across June, mid-year, and August graduations. Diplomas must use specified parchment stock, raised thermograph text, embossed graduate information, and New York State and school seals; covers must meet detailed construction, lining, padding, foil-stamping, and protector specifications. The contract period runs upon approval through September 30, 2027, with estimated quantities and delivery deadlines tied to the graduation schedules. Vendors must include samples with their bids and provide pricing on the supplied bid forms. Required response materials include the bid proposal and price forms, W-9, qualifications statement, references, certifications, affidavits, checklist, and other applicable forms. Bids may be uploaded electronically through the designated procurement portal or submitted as an original sealed paper bid; emailed responses are not accepted.
