Description
NASA is soliciting a quote from a small-business supplier for 2,000 pounds of R507 refrigerant in cylinders for the Icing Research Tunnel refrigeration plant. The bulk must be supplied in 1,000-pound cylinders, typically containing 800 pounds of refrigerant per cylinder, with the remaining balance in cylinders no smaller than 100 pounds. The buyer will accept reclaimed R507 if it is less expensive; otherwise, virgin refrigerant will be supplied. Delivery is required by October 15, 2026, or sooner. Quotes must provide Net 30 payment terms, FOB Destination pricing, the offeror’s CAGE code and UEI, ARO delivery or lead time, applicable shipping costs, and discounts. The quote must remain valid for 30 days, include two points of contact, and reference Notice ID 80NSSC26941217Q in the subject line. Award will be made to the lowest-price technically acceptable responsible offeror.
