Description
The Town is purchasing specified firefighter bailout equipment: 210 CMC LEVR Escape Systems with Flash.G anchors and 210 CMC Fulcrum escape belts with fixed and sliding D-rings, divided among three sizes. Amendment 1 updates the escape-system model to 500365T and clarifies that freight should be priced separately on the bid form. Products must be new and meet the stated specifications; bidders must provide item pricing, subtotals, a grand total, estimated delivery timing, and manufacturer warranty information if available. The initial quantities represent the Town's approximate need for its first order, and the Town may adjust quantities. The contract is intended for one year, with up to three additional one-year extensions.
