Description
Suffolk County seeks a qualified marketing partner to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy promoting the county as a tourism and business destination. The scope includes market research, audience segmentation, strategic planning and brand development; integrated campaigns and creative materials; media planning, purchasing, and performance analysis; public relations; social media; paid search and search engine optimization; and community and stakeholder outreach. The contractor will also develop multilingual materials, promote local tourism and agri-tourism, and support business expansion and relocation. The contractor must track campaign performance, provide regular and annual reporting, and use analytics to refine strategies. The scope may include operating up to two physical or virtual business development and tourist information centers. Proposals must include a proposer profile, personnel qualifications, client history and references, financial information, technical response, conflict-of-interest disclosures, applicable subcontractor information, and a separate cost proposal. The anticipated contract term is two years, with two one-year renewal options.
