Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking repair and upgrade services for signal processors, including component repair and replacement, reassembly, testing, inspection, and restoration to a ready-for-issue condition. The contractor must provide the required facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, test equipment, storage, and quality-control processes, unless specifically identified as government-furnished. Work must follow the latest applicable repair technical publications, drawings, specifications, and approved procedures. The contractor must maintain documented repair, test, inspection, configuration-management, calibration, purchased-material-control, and quality-assurance systems, including ISO 9001, SAE AS9100, or an equivalent quality program. The required repair turnaround time is 180 days after receipt, and the contractor must report transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system and obtain government inspection and acceptance.
