Description
Dona Ana County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for a new Community Resource Center in Hatch. The project includes program development, site-selection support, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration, with stakeholder input and Board of County Commissioners approval as applicable. The planned facility includes administration offices, multipurpose rooms, a commercial kitchen, a flexible indoor gymnasium, and a fire station with dormitory, dayroom and living quarters, apparatus bays, and office space. The selected firm must demonstrate comparable architectural project experience, include a New Mexico-licensed architect on the team, provide professional certifications, resumes, references, a project approach and schedule, and address the required design, cost, coordination, and administration services. The project budget may not exceed $15,000,000 including applicable gross receipts tax; the contract term is through December 31, 2027, with up to three additional one-year renewals, and the project delivery timeframe is nine months.
