Description
The City of Moline, through its Community Housing Services Program (CHS), invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the owner-occupied rehabilitation of a residential property located at 1174 26th Street A, Moline, IL. The scope of work includes completing the roof replacement on Side C and the Side C dormer (tear-off and re-roof with 25-year laminated architectural shingles), removing and replacing the deteriorated 6-inch seamless aluminum gutter system (190 linear feet), and removing and replacing missing aluminum soffit (222 square feet) including fascia wrap. All work must comply with the 2021 IRC Code and City of Moline codes. The project has a maximum bid amount; the scope may be adjusted to stay within the grant limit.
