Description
The City of Muscatine, Iowa is soliciting bids for the 2026/2027 Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay Project. This project involves profile milling and the application of hot mix asphalt overlay on various streets throughout the city. Alley reconstruction, including milling existing asphalt or removing base material and subgrade, is also part of the scope. The project requires specialized milling equipment capable of producing a specific pavement profile, and in-place recycling mills such as "Road Hog" or "Asphalt Zipper" are not acceptable. All work must be completed by June 30, 2027.
