Description
The City of Bettendorf is soliciting bids for the 2026 Alley Rehabilitation Program. This project involves the rehabilitation of approximately 900 linear feet of alleyways, ranging from ten to fourteen feet in width. The scope of work includes milling the existing surface, placing granular subbase, and resurfacing with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA). Additionally, the project encompasses partial construction of driveways, storm sewer systems, storm sewer intakes, sodding, and other related reconstruction activities. Work is expected to commence on or after July 13, 2026, and must be completed within 60 calendar days, or by September 30, 2026, whichever comes first. Liquidated damages of $500.00 per calendar day will be assessed for delays beyond the completion date. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Ionwave system.
