Description
The City of Davenport is soliciting bids for the Annie Wittenmyer Utility Separation - Junior Theatre HVAC Upgrade Project. This project involves upgrading the theatre's HVAC system and connecting it to new utility services, including independent electric, gas, domestic water, and sanitary services. Key upgrades include a new air handling system with a hydronic heating coil, a new boiler array with associated pumps, new electric unit heaters and baseboard heaters, a new sewage ejector system, an electrical panel, and a dedicated electrical meter.
