Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure an online subscription to the Taylor & Francis Journal Collection. The contract will include a base year, from the time of award until December 31, 2026, and four subsequent one-year option periods. This procurement will be based on the lowest price that meets the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. The required materials must be full-text, including all images, tables, and graphs, with the newest issues available without embargoes or delays. The vendor must provide website/database support for IP modifications and other technical issues, as well as usage statistics upon request. All materials must be delivered to the Rock Island District no later than two weeks after the time of award.
