Description
The City of Moline, through its Community Housing Services Program, invites bids for the rehabilitation of a single-family home at 2610 4th Street, Moline, IL. The project involves installing a French drain system around the basement perimeter, including breaking up the concrete slab, installing a 4-inch perforated drain pipe with sock, backfilling with gravel, and pouring a new 4-inch, 2200 psi concrete slab. A sump pump will be installed to drain into the waste vent system. The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, obtain permits, and perform work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. A one-year warranty on materials and workmanship is required.
