Victoria Independent School District (VISD) is soliciting architectural services for the Mission Valley Elementary Bond Project. The selected architect will provide basic services including schematic design, design development, construction documents, procurement assistance, and construction phase administration. The project involves the design of a new elementary school facility. The architect must be licensed in Texas and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Texas Education Agency requirements. The contract is based on AIA Document B101-2017 with modifications.
