Description

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the demolition and turnkey construction of one two-bedroom, two-bathroom ADA replacement home in Craig County. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, supervision, and related work required to complete the project. The entire project must be completed within 120 working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The bid packet includes the scope of work, specifications, bid documents, site information, floor plan, wage rates, and HUD documents. A charge of $1,000 per working day applies for work continuing beyond the contract end date, subject to limited extensions for extenuating circumstances.
