Description
The Oklahoma Air National Guard seeks a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary for HVAC replacement and repair across multiple base facilities. The scope includes replacement of the Building 230 system with a new unit capable of at least 10 tons of cooling, along with plumbing, electrical work, humidification and dehumidification functions, building automation system integration, and operational testing. Optional work includes chiller replacement at Building 020, compressor replacement in the York air-cooled chiller at Building 240, and replacement of two rooftop units at Building 402. Work includes refrigerant recovery and charging, piping, valves, controls, ductwork transitions, equipment-pad or curb modifications, testing and balancing, commissioning, and closeout documentation. The solicitation uses a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation based on price, technical capability, small-business participation, and past performance. The stated construction magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000.
