Description
The City of Tulsa is soliciting bids for one new, current-year tracked aerial lift, identified as a Teupen TC/TL89AJ Plus or acceptable equivalent, for use by the Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department. The lift must meet detailed requirements for maximum weight, dimensions, power, working height, outreach, platform capacity, stabilization, track adjustment, slope capability, and travel speed. Equivalent equipment must be supported by descriptive manufacturer literature, and the bidder must provide complete written responses to each specification rather than simply stating that the equipment complies. The bid includes delivery to Tulsa, Oklahoma, with all delivery charges prepaid and seller responsibility for unloading items over 500 pounds. Standard warranty information must be supplied, with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty and specified warranty-response obligations. The City may require a performance demonstration within 30 days of the bid date. The resulting agreement has a one-year term, with up to four additional one-year renewals at the City's discretion; the City may make multiple or partial awards.
