Description
The City of Tulsa Grants Administration is accepting applications from eligible private nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies for Program Year 2027 Community Development Block Grant funding. Eligible proposals may address public services, housing services, or economic development and must meet a CDBG national objective benefiting low- and moderate-income persons. Public-service requests may not exceed $100,000. Applicants must submit an executive summary, organizational and program/project narratives, financial information and applicable budget spreadsheets, signed grant certification forms, and applicable supporting attachments. Required materials include organizational records, policies, financial statements or audits, funding documentation, and program-specific evidence as applicable. Mandatory workshops are required; instructions for uploading applications to SharePoint will be emailed to workshop attendees. Applications are due October 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
