Description
The City of Tulsa Grants Administration is accepting applications from eligible private nonprofit and governmental entities for Program Year 2027 Community Development Block Grant funding for public services, housing services, and economic development activities. Eligible activities include housing services, homelessness services, services for low-income and special populations, employment training, childcare, health and mental health services, transportation services, small-business assistance, and related community development activities. Each activity must meet a CDBG national objective, generally benefiting low- and moderate-income persons. Applicants may submit one application and must provide an executive summary, organization information, program or project information, financial narratives, budget tables, a five-year operating pro forma, grant certification forms, and applicable organizational and project-specific attachments. Applications must be concise, complete, properly signed and dated, scanned into separate PDF files, named according to the prescribed format, and submitted in the required order. The maximum request for public services is $100,000. Applicants must attend a mandatory workshop to receive upload instructions, and successful applicants will be subject to federal grant requirements, monthly reporting, reimbursement procedures, and program-year performance obligations.
