Description
Olathe Public Schools USD #233 is soliciting bids to renew annual Microsoft software licensing for a three-year agreement. No substitutions will be accepted. Licenses may be adjusted through annual true-ups before each anniversary, with additions co-termed at the current fair-market rate for Enrollment for Education Solutions agreements. Pricing must be entered by product as unit costs, with the system calculating the annual lump-sum cost. Bidders must certify that they are Microsoft Certified Large Account Resellers authorized to supply Microsoft products under Microsoft's Enrollment for Education Solutions program and must include the required Microsoft certification with their bid. Bidders may also attach an official quote for additional context or value-added resources. The agreement begins upon execution, is paid annually, and uses annual purchase orders with Net 30 payment terms after invoice receipt.
