The City of Pittsburg is requesting qualifications from consulting firms to provide pre-construction engineering and project management services for two separate intersection improvement projects: Free Kings Highway and Atkinson Intersection, and Free Kings Highway and Quincy Street Intersection. Firms should submit qualifications for each project.
