Description
The City of Osage Beach is seeking qualified design-build firms to provide all design, engineering, permitting, and construction services for a permanent, ADA-accessible restroom facility at the Osage Beach City Park Dog Park. The desired structure should be durable, low-maintenance, with approximate exterior dimensions between 12-16 feet in length and 8-10 feet in width. Acceptable construction methods include block, stick-built, or equivalent durable types. The selected firm will be responsible for site assessment, architectural and engineering design, preparation of construction documents and permit applications, utility connections, exterior finishes, installation of fixtures, and all inspections and closeout documentation.
