Description
The Stone County Developmental Disability Board (SCDDB) is seeking written bids from qualified Construction Firms for General Contracting services. The project involves basement infill construction of approximately 2,200 square feet and a parking expansion. Construction is anticipated to commence in the summer or fall of 2026. Request for Quotation (RFQ) and design documents will be available starting June 19, 2026. Interested firms can obtain these documents through the Springfield Blueprint Plan Room or by contacting LaDella Thomas, Executive Director, via email at Lthomas@stoneDDboard.com, by phone at 417-272-0444, or in person at the SCDDB office located at 449 Emerson Rd, Reeds Spring, MO 65737 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm). Completed bids must be delivered to the SCDDB by 11:00 am on July 17, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 pm on the same day.
