Description
The City of Lebanon, Missouri is inviting bids from qualified organizations for the purchase of a control panel for the Hwy 32 Liftstation. The control panel should be a triplex 460-volt, 3-phase 12.5 HP system with PLC-based touchscreen level control, float backup, and power monitoring. It must include a non-fused main disconnect, properly sized circuit breakers for all pumps, and a 120-volt control circuit with multiple breakers. The panel must also feature a SCADA dry contact interface for various alerts and monitoring functions, including run, seal fail, high temp, power monitor, and high water. The manufacturer must have at least 10 years of experience, and all devices must be UL-listed and proprietary devices are not permitted. The panel must be fully engineered, programmed, and tested prior to shipping, and include startup assistance. Delivery is to 1401 West Commercial, Lebanon, MO 65536.
