Description
The City of Lebanon, Missouri is soliciting bids for the purchase of forty-five (45) wooden utility poles. These poles are intended for the City's Electric Department and will be provided in multiple sizes and classes as specified in the solicitation documents. All poles must be Southern Yellow Pine, full-length pressure treated, and conform to RUS 2011 specifications. Specific requirements include 40' Class 3 and Class 1 poles, 35' Class 5 and Class 3 poles, and 30' Class 4 poles. Bidders must also account for delivery requirements, including advance notice, delivery hours, and specific handling for oversized or heavy freight. Pricing must be net delivered and include all charges.
