Description
Taney County intends to designate Terradyne Armored Vehicles Inc. of Ontario, Canada, as the single feasible source for the purchase of GURKHA MPV Armored Vehicles for the Taney County Sheriff's Office. This decision is based on research indicating that Terradyne Armored Vehicles Inc. is the sole provider adhering to all necessary legal requirements for these specialized vehicles. This notice is issued to allow for viable competition to be established. Details regarding this process can be obtained from the Taney County Purchasing Department.
