Description
The School District of Springfield R-12 is soliciting bids for construction paper. The contract period will commence on the date of award for one year, with prices and discounts remaining firm for this period. All responses must be submitted online through the district's e-bid system by July 10, 2026. Emailed or faxed copies will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be directed to the buyer of record through the e-bidding system. Contacting other district staff or board members is strictly prohibited and violates policy. Late responses will not be accepted. All correspondence through the e-bidding system will become part of the resulting agreement. The district requires specific types of construction paper, including various sizes, colors, and brands, with no substitutions allowed. Deliveries are expected within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of a properly executed order, with a maximum delivery of thirty (30) calendar days. Deliveries to the Distribution Center should be made in a dock-height vehicle between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
